OUR MISSION

Since our founding in 1955, our organization has been dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in Missoula and beyond. What started with just seven students has grown into a vibrant community of over 700 adults, all benefiting from our comprehensive educational and support programs. Our commitment to enhancing lives is demonstrated in our expansive 30,000 square-foot headquarters, a testament to our growth and ongoing evolution over the past 60 years. We embrace a holistic approach, ensuring that each individual receives the personalized care and guidance they need to thrive. Our mission extends beyond education; we aim to empower and uplift those we serve, fostering inclusivity and opportunity throughout Western Montana. Explore our historical timeline to witness our journey and the profound impact we’ve made in the lives of countless families. Together, we continue to strive for a brighter future for all.

There is a lot that happens around the world we cannot control. We cannot stop earthquakes, we cannot prevent droughts, and we cannot prevent all conflict, but when we know where the hungry, the homeless and the sick exist, then we can help.
